Costs shall be <br />calculated at a rate of $12,.50 per hour far the time <br />spent by the City Engineer or his field ~~ <br />b. That if a grading account of an individual builder <br />dimishes below $500.00 that particular builder <br />will be recluired to deposit additional funds in his <br />grading acoount. Catch basins propel <br />connected to storm servers or other approved provisions , such as under-drains <br />shall be made where water may packet, to preclude the accumulation of surfa~~ <br />water. Surface water shall not be drained ontr~ adjacent properties neat in she ~~~~a:r.~-, <br />ownership without written permission from the awneir of the adjacent property, ~:nd <br />existing natural ground drainage cif the ground area suzx°aundincs the lot car plat <br />excavated, filled oc graded shall not be impeded. <br />Water Acc~mulatior~. <br />Section 8: That no condition shall be created, nor any existing coradit <br />maintained whereby there will be upon any lot ar plot excavations, depression<t z <br />pits, holes, gullies, or similar depressions which may accumulate and retain <br />surface water and which may become a public hazard or nuisance. <br />Topographic Map Required <br />Section 9: That no building permit sha31 be issued until the topographic <br />map for the subdivision or similar plan for the parcel has been approved by *he <br />City Engineer. <br />
