x CITa~ OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO, 66- ~ji BY .~_ AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 6~-344 AS ENACTED JANUARY 18, 1966 ENTITLED "AN ORDINAN ~E AUTHORIZING THE SAFETY-SERVICE DIRECTOR TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS ON THE REAL PROPERTY LOCA?`ED ON SUMMERLAND AVENUE VVZTHIN THE CITY OF NORTH ,, OLMSTED ACCORDING TO THE TERMS AND PROVISIOiv7S OF OHIO REVISED CODE 721,1)1 and 721.03'" BY INSERTING THEREIN AND IMPRESSING UPON THE REAL PROPERTY A SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT AND TO ITS DESCRIPTIf:7N, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted an January 18, 1966, passed ordinance #65-344 wherein the City of North Olmsted declared surplus certain real property located on Summerland Avenue, and; WHEREAS, said real property is to be sold, excluding the sanitary sewer easement which is to be held by the City of North Olmsted, and; WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted find it necessary to have said sanitary sewer easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 1 reading as follows: °'Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of ® Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original Dover Township Lat No. 20 and bounded and described as follows:. Beginning on the Northerly line of Summerland Avenue 50 .feet wide at the Southeastly corner of land certified to Pearl M. Miltner by deed dated August 26, 1944 and recorded in Volume 5808, Page 283 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly 89° 3 minutes 30 seconds Wbst along the Northerly line of Summerland Avenue SO feet to a point; thence Northerly 0° S3 minutes East parallel with the Easterly line of land so conveyed to Pearl M. Miltner about 244.28 feet to the Northerly line of said Original Lat No . 20; thence Southerly 89° 7 minutes East along the Northerly line of said Original Lot No. 20 50 feet to the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed to Pearl M. Miltner as aforesaid; thence Southerly 0° 53 minutes West along the Easterly line so conveyed 244.33 feet to the place of beginning, be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways . is hereby declared not to be needed for municipal purposes whatsoever and the Director of Public Service and Safety is hereby authorized to advertise for bids far the sale of same according to the terms and conditions as set forth in Ohio Revised Code 721.03, by advertising for bids once a week for S consecutive weeks and is further instructed to sell +.he property far the best prices obtainable."
