L CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 66- ~~ PAGE 2 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of Original DocFer Township Lot Ne. 20 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Northerly line of Summerland Avenue 50 feet wide at the Southeastly corner of land certified to Pearl M . Miltner by deed dated August 26, I944 and recorded in Volume 5808, Page 283 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence Northerly 89° 3 minutes 30 seconds West along the Northerly line of Summerland Avenue 50 feet to a point; thence Northerly 0° 53 minutes East parallel with the Easterly line of land so conveyed to Pearl M. Miltner about 244.28 feet to the Northerly line af. said Original I.,ot Nc.20; thence Southerly 89° 7 minutes East along the Northerly line of said Original Lot No. 20 50 feet to the Northeasterly career of lard conveyed to Pearl M.
