i <br />c <br />t; <br />to exceed One Thousand ($1000.00) Dollars each, nor less than One Hundred <br />(0100.00) Dollars each, unless otherwise requested by the purchaser. thereof. <br />Section 3. That the funds when borrowed, as heretofore set forth, <br />shall be placed to the credit of the particular improvement fund for which <br />they are issued, and are hereby appropriated and authorized to be paid on` <br />that part of the cost of said improvement, which is chargeable against the <br />property owneraf.portion thereof, and to no other purpose whatsoever.' <br />Section 4..~ That for the payment of the notes together with the interest <br />on same, the special assessments hereinbefore mentioned, as well as the pro- <br />ceeds of bonds to be issued in anticipation` of the collection of said' special <br />assessments,'together with the full faith and credit of -the Village are here- <br />by irrevocably pledged, and the proceeds of the sale of said bonds are here- <br />by authorized to be used for the payment of said notes and the interest there- <br />on, and for no other purpose whatsooveru <br />Section 5. That in the event the aforesaid assessments are not levied <br />and collected, or bonds are not issued to provide a fund for the payment of <br />such notes at maturity, a general tax to the extent necessary.is.hereby <br />levied against all of the property of the Village for : the payment of such <br />notes and the interest thereon, or any part thereof. <br />Section 6.
