[ ?:;: ^+'Ca?C+C� <br />of t J i.1 Viiiage ill Gruinance NO, I l l [,daaeu F'eu. <br />Ordinance No. <br />Glerkcf We V>,7..�age v �:th Dimstc3, Ohio {p�` <br />r <br />IT • <br />An ordinance <br />Appointing as Deputy Yarshals such persons as are serving as election offs <br />cials in the booths in the Village. <br />Be it ordained by.the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County; <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio : - <br />Section 19 That election officials serving in the various places of <br />election in North Olmsted Village and consisting of two clerks and four <br />judges in each booth, as appointed by the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections, <br />shall, at elections held before December 31, 1929, for the time that such <br />booths are open for the casting of ballots, be appointed as deputy marshals <br />and shall serve as such deputy marshals for the day of election without bond, <br />and this ordinance shall so appoint and confirm such election officials as <br />such deputy marshals. <br />Section 2. That the compensation of such deputy marshal& appointed to <br />serve on election day shall be five dollars 05.00) per day payable by the <br />Village Treasurer upon proper vouchers drawn by the Clerk of the Village. <br />Section 3, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period alloyed by law. <br />Read the first time September 4, 1928. <br />Moved by mr. /ai�,c(,V" seconded by Mr, ,.(,,r , that <br />the statutory rule be susp nded and that Ordinance No. &71, be read i=e- <br />diately the second and third times and put upon its passa.
