That Ordinance No. 218 passed November 29, 1927, be and the same is hereby amended so that Item 6 in Section 1 of said Ordinance will read as follows: Fond "6. This ordinance was hereby declared to be an emergency in order to preserve the health, peace and safety of the citizens of the Village of North Olmsted. It is necessary to have better police protection and a rnan on duty full time. Section 3.
