Ordinance Ido. 258 �h <br />l�n Ordinance <br />To amend Ordinance I'Io. 218 passed Llovember 29, 1927, entitled ":.n ordinance <br />to fix the salary and compensation of all the officers of the Villa -e of <br />North Olmsted and the amount of the bond in certain cases, from January 1, <br />1928 to December 31, 1929" providing for increase in salary to full tine <br />deputy marshalzel <br />Be it ordained by the Council of ti-,e 'tillage of ;forth Olmsted, <br />County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That Ordinance No. 218 passed November 29, 1927, be <br />and the same is hereby amended so that Item 6 in Section 1 of said Ordinance <br />will read as follows: <br />Fond <br />"6. Deputy P„arshals . . r50 each per year together with 60 <br />uer hour additional for traffic <br />duty or .Y1.00 per hour additional <br />for motorcycle duty* 1100 ec <br />01200 to 2400 each per year for not pore than <br />t..ro Men to be appointed by the P. ayor to <br />Give entire tine to work. .ti1000 each <br />Section 2. This ordinance was hereby declared to be an emergency <br />in order to preserve the health, peace and safety of the citizens of the <br />Village of North Olmsted. It is necessary to have better police protection <br />and a rnan on duty full time. <br />Section 3.
