i <br />i = <br />Ordinance No. <259 " <br />Mr. Seltzer. <br />An Ordinance. <br />Authorizing the Irayor to appoint a deputy marshal on full time at'a'salary <br />of eighteen hundred dollars (1,1800.00) a year payable one hundred - fifty <br />dollars (0150.00) per-month and declaring a emergency." <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, <br />Cuyahoga County, and State of Ohio; <br />Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to appoint "a <br />deputy marshal to serve full tame with an average of, ten hours per day at <br />a salary of eighteen hundred dollars ('", ,31800.00) per year payable at an <br />average of seventy -five dollars (075.00) on the first Tuesday.and seventy - <br />five dollars (175;00) on the third Tuesday of each month. <br />Section 2. This ordinance is hereby declared to le an emcrgency <br />on account of the fact that, to preserve the peace and safety of the Village, <br />it is necessary to have a police officer on duty all'of the time* <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and take affect froni <br />and after the date of its passage. <br />Read the first time September 18, 1928. <br />Moved by Mr. seconded by 1,Tr. �. 4Aez that <br />the statutory rule be stspended and that Ordinance No. 259 be read <br />imnnediately the second and third times and put upon its passage.
