<br />An Ordinance
<br />Fixing the maximum rate for electricity
<br />in the Village of North Olmsted, State
<br />of Ohio.

<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLASTED,
<br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO$
<br />SECTION 1. That any person, firm or corporation supplying
<br />electricity to the citizens, individuals, firms or corporations in the
<br />Village of,North Olmsted, or supplying electricity for public grounds,
<br />buildings, streets, lanes, alleys or other public places, situated in the
<br />Village of North Olmsted, shall, during a period of ten (10) years from and
<br />after the time at which this ordinance shall legally take effect, charge for
<br />electricity so supplied, except for emergency, special or reserve service
<br />to another source of supply, not to exceed five cents (54 per kilowatt hour
<br />and a monthly minimum charge not to exceed seventy-five cents (74) per
<br />kilowatt or fraction thereof connected. Said person, firm or corporation
<br />shall furnish and keep in repair meters for the measuring of electricity so
<br />consumed, without making any separate charge for the use or repair of same.
<br />SECTION 20 The filing of an acceptance by any person, firm or
<br />corporation of the terms and conditions of this ordinance with the Clerk
<br />of the Council within ten (10) days after this ordinance shall take effect,
<br />shall constitute a valid and binding contract, and such person, firm or
<br />corporation shall not`be required to furnish electricity at a less rate
<br />during the period fixed.
<br />SECTION 3o This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
<br />and after the earliest period allowed by law..

<br />immediately the second and third times and put upon its passage. The
<br />affirmative vote on said motion was as followst Biddulph9 Bidwell,
<br />Christmang Seltzer, Schindler# Stine.
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was road the second time and third time and put upon
<br />its passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as followst ,-, Biddulph,
<br />Bidwell, Christman, Schindler, Seltzer, Stine.
