Ordinance No.� <br />I4ir. <br />9AA <br />An Ordinance <br />To provide for the payment of the salary to deputy marshals actin as police <br />officers during disability occasioned by accident while in the performance of <br />duty. <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of OhiO ;- <br />Section 1. -That whenever a deputy marshal acting as a police officer or. <br />in any other capacity is injured while in the course of his employment and <br />duty and.there such injury causes a disability and the expenses of hospital, <br />physician or surgeon, the Clerk of the Village shall pay all expenses of <br />hospital, physician or surgeon and shall moreover pay to said deputy marshal <br />on the first and third Tuesday of each month an amount equal to one -half (1/2) <br />of the average amount which such deputy marshal has earned each month since <br />h�i-s�" last anpointment.��y" <br />V�A�►..Q '..... This ordinance is Hereby declared to be an emergency to provide <br />for the peace and safety of the Village of North Olmsted in-'that the care of <br />its police officers is necessary for the proper protection of the Village. <br />Section 3.
