<br />Frohibitinir damage to the lawn, trees and shrubbery in Ilorth Olrrsted Fark and
<br />providin- a penalty for the violntion of this ordinance.
<br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of north OlrL,, ted, County of
<br />Cuyahoga. and state of Ohio,
<br />Section 1. That whoever damn.ges the lawn, trees, shtubbery, ple.nts,
<br />vegetation or, - a.nything elxe in 1?orth Olro ted Fark by breaking or cuttin", sane
<br />or by playing golf . upon the lown, shall be c-uilty of a. misdemeanor and upon
<br />conviction thereof shall be fined y5.00 for the first, offense and x10.00 for
<br />each subsequent offense.
<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
<br />after the earliest period alloyed by law.
