<br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of Worth Olmsted, County of
<br />Cuyuhoga, State of Ohio: -
<br />Section 1. 1 hoever is not a member of the Fire Department of the Village
<br />of North Olmsted and rides upon the fire apparatus or in any way interferes wi h
<br />the fire department or any of its property sliall' be guilty of a misdemeanor
<br />and ubon conviction shall be fined not less than 45.00 nore more than 425400 f r
<br />each offense.
<br />Section 2, Section 1 of this ordinance shall not apply to a person who
<br />is asked by the.person in charge to assist the Fire Department.
<br />Section 3. This ordinance shall. take effect and be in force from and
<br />after the earliest period alloyed by law.
