<br />To authorize- the-Board of County Commissioners to proceed with the con -

<br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County
<br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:..
<br />Section 1. That the Board of County Commissloners of Cuyahoga County.
<br />State of Ohio, be and the said Board is hereby authorized to proceed with
<br />the construction, maintenance, repair and operation of a storm sewer, a
<br />sanitary sexier and water mains, either or all, in County Sewer District
<br />No. 7 on Luceydale, Andrus, Whitethorn,'Kennedy Ridge ,Road,
<br />providing, however, that all the cost thereof shall be born by the bene-
<br />fited property according to the General Code relating to county sewer
<br />districts and the Village of North Olmsted be saved harmless from any cost
<br />therein.
<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take "offect and be in force from and
<br />after the earliest period allowed by law._
