<br />To Amend,Ordinance No. 218 passed November 29, 1927, 'entitled "An Ordinance
<br />to fix the salary and compensation `of `all the officers of the Village of
<br />North Olmsted and the amount of the bond in eertain.eases, from January 1,
<br />1928 to December 310 1929" providing for payment every two weeks to certain #'
<br />employees. 3i
<br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County of
<br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:-
<br />Section _1. That Ordinance No. 218,passed November 29 1927, be `amended
<br />by imendirig' Seoti6n'2 there6f'.to •read as -follows : -
<br />"Section.2. The annual salaries shall be paid in equal vim Ar
<br />installments and the monthly salaries shall be paid in'equal semi-
<br />monthly installments."
<br />Seotion,2. This Ordinance4'shall take effect and be in force from and
<br />after the earliest period allowed by law.
<br />Read the first time March IWj, 1928.
<br />Moved by Mr. — seconded by Mro that th
<br />statutory ru be suspended tdand Ordinance.No. b6 read immediately
<br />the second ` and third times . and put ; upon its passaz- - TFeaffirmative vote
