<br />An Ordinance
<br />/ J To authorize the Board of County Commissioners to proceed with the con-
<br />struction, maintenance, repair and operation of a storm sewer, a sanitary
<br />` sewer and water mains,.either or all, in Sewer District No. 7 on Dewey
<br />Road from Lorain Road,north to northerly end of road.
<br />C Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County
<br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio : -
<br />Section 1. That.the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County
<br />State of Ohio, be and the said Board is hereby authorized to proceed with
<br />, the construction, maintenance, repair and operation of .a storm sewer, _a
<br />sanitary sexier and water mains, either or all, in County Sewer District
<br />No. 7 on Lowey Road from Lorain Road north to northerly end of road
<br />providing, however, that all the cost thereof shall be born by_the,bene
<br />fited property according to the Genoral Code relating to county sewer
<br />districts and the Village of North Olmsted be saved harmless from any cost
<br />therein.
<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
<br />after the earliest period allowed by law.
