Ordinance No. 3 <br />Mr. Biddulph <br />An Ordinance <br />Providing offices regulating disposition of fees, and compensation of justice <br />of the peace' and constable. <br />Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County of <br />i) <br />? <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:- <br />tV <br />Section 1. The justice of the peace of North Olmsted Township, whose <br />limits are identical with the corporate - limits of North Olmsted Village, is <br />hereby` authorized to use a room in the ton hall as an office' ° He shall" pay <br />to the Clerk of the 'Village "all the fees'collected by him, both civil and <br />criminal and shall receive the compensation provided by the salary ordinance <br />of the" said Village. as from time to time passed by the Council: thereof. <br />Section 2.
