r <br />f <br />Ordinance No <br />An Ordinance. <br />ok k k k k +k k k k k M k k k � k •. k # � * : k k k k k k # * k k k k �c * k # k k k <br />To provide by competitive bidding for depository for Village funds. <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:- <br />Section 1. That the .Clerk is hereby directed to advertise two consecu- <br />tive times in a weekly newspaper of Gereral circulation_in the Village of <br />North Olmsted to secure bids by banks in the County of Cuyahoga on the rate <br />of interest which each such bank proposes to pay on the deposit with such <br />bank of`the funds of said Village. Such advertisement shall state that such <br />bids will be received up to noon on Tuesday, Yarch 6, 1928, and will be opened <br />at the meeting of the Council at 8 P: M. on said day. <br />Section 2. The highest and best bidder shall enter into a contract with <br />the Village for a period of two years and give bond or security to the satin- <br />faction of the Yayor and Council in an amount equal to that prescribed by layr. <br />Such contract shall be signed by the Ysyor and Clerk and contain the necessary <br />provisions to protect the Village as is prescribed by law. ` <br />Section 3. This ordinance 'sha11`take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Read the first time February 7, "1928. <br />Moved by Mr* seconded by lAr• that <br />the statutory rule be suspencei and that Ordinance o. e rea zmme- <br />diAtely the second and third times and put upon its passage.
