<br />Regulating and fixing. the price at - uhirh, and the terms and con«
<br />ditions upon which The East Ohio Gas Company, its successors and
<br />assigns, shall be 'required to furnish natural gas or a mixture, of
<br />natural and manufactured gas to the Village of North Olmsted,
<br />Ohio, and its inhabitants, during the period beginning May 19
<br />1928, and ending at midnight April 30, 1930, and amending Sec-
<br />tions 1, 2 and, and repealing Section 7 of Ordinance No. 112
<br />passed by the C6unoil of the Village of North Olmsted on the 3d
<br />of June, 1924, entitled:
<br />"An Ordinance regulating and fixing the price at which
<br />The East Ohio Gas Company, its successors and assigns, shall
<br />furnish natural gas, and under certain conditions may at its
<br />election combine manufactured with natural gas and furnish
<br />the same to the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, and its in.•
<br />habitants, for domestic purposds, for the period beginning
<br />July 1, 1924 and ending April 30, 192811, and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 5th day of August, 1915, Ordinance No. 53
<br />entitled :..
<br />"An Ordinance granting to The East Ohio Gas Company,
<br />its successors and assigns, the Iright to lay, extend, main
<br />tain operate, repair and remove mains and pipes in through
<br />and under streets, alleys, public grounds and public places
<br />in the Village of North Olmsted for transporting natural
<br />gas through said Village and supplying natural gas to said
<br />Village and its inhabitants, and regulating and fixing the
<br />price at which the said The East Ohio Gas Company, its suc.
<br />cessors and assigns, shall be required to furnish naturall
<br />gas for and during the period from the passage of this Ordi.-
<br />nance until February 6, 1921"
<br />was passed by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted and
<br />thereafter accepted by The East Ohio Gas Company, and
<br />WHEREAS, the franchise and rights so granted to The East
<br />Ohio Gas Company its successors and assigns, have been confirmed,
<br />continued and extended by Ordinance No. 7, i( - -, passed by the
<br />Council of the Village of North Olmsted on the 4th day of April
<br />1922; by said Ordinance 2To. 112 passed June 3, 1924;'and as so
<br />extended will expire April 309 1928, in accordance with the terms
<br />of the last of said ordinances.
<br />NOW TFIEREFORE, Be it resolved by the Council of the Village
<br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1. That Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 112 passed
<br />on the 3rd day of dune, 1924, entitled as fully set forth above,
<br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:. ;
<br />"SECTION 1. The right to lay, bury, extend, maintain,
<br />operate and remove all mains, pipes, regulators, service
<br />pipes and other devices for the transportation and supply
<br />of natural gas in, through and under the streets, alleys,
<br />public grounds and public places in the Village of North.
<br />Olmsted, (hereinafter for convenience called "Village ")
<br />necessary for the successful'-operation of lines and pipes
<br />for the transportation of natural gas through said Village,
<br />and to supply natural gas to said Village and its inhabi-
<br />tanto granted to The East Ohio Gas Company, its successors'
<br />and assigns (hereinafter for convenience called "Gag Com•.
<br />pang ", and where hereinafter so used shall be considered
