■ <br />1� 1 Z:7 <br />Ordinance No.34.... <br />By Christman <br />An Ordinance <br />To authorize the Board of Ccunty Commissioners to proceed with the con- <br />struction, maintenance, repair and operation of storm sewer, a sanitary <br />sewer and water mains, either or all in Sewer District No. 7 on Fitoh Road from <br />Butternut Ridge Road to southerly-limit of.Village and on.Butternut.Ridge Road frm.end <br />of exis#ng <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: - <br />Section 1. That thd Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, <br />State of Ohio, be and the said Board is hereby authorized to proceed with <br />the construction, maintenance, repair and opera-Lion of a storm sewer, a <br />sanitary sewer and water mains, either or all, in County Sewer District <br />No. 7 on Fitch Road .between points mentioted.and,Butternut Ridge Road.between points <br />providing, however, that all the cost thereof shall be born by the bene- (mentioned <br />fited property according to the General Code relating to county sewer <br />districts and the Village of North Olmsted be saved harmless from any cost <br />therein. <br />Section 2.
