!tll <br />irki <br />E 11 <br />I! <br />ORDIN10C1; NO. 211 <br />i Mr. Stine, C <br />An Ordinance <br />To provide rules and regulations for North Olmsted Park and to declare an <br />emergency.. <br />r; Be it ordained by the �Council of.the Villate of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio :, <br />Section 1. That the following rules and regulations are hereby adopted <br />for North Olmsted Park:- <br />Rule 1.. Horses and'any kind of vehicles shall be riden or driven <br />only on the driveways and designated parking places and in no case on the <br />lawns, groves, grass - plots, and playgrounds.,: Ridors.of horses and drivers of <br />vehicles shall at all times obey the marshall or deputy marshalls.' <br />-Rule 2. No horse shall be riden or vehicle driven at a speed of <br />greater than 15 miles per hour. <br />Rule 3. Unless the marshall or a deputy marshall is in attendance, <br />no one shall be or remain in the park after 9 :00 o'clock P. M. <br />Rule 4. Unless the marshall or a deputy marshall is in the park, <br />no vehicle shall stop or be parked at any time of night unless the tail - light <br />and head- lights are burning. <br />Section 2. Whoever violates any of the rules .set forth in Section One <br />hereof, shall bo guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be <br />finos not more than $25.00 nor less than $5.00 and costs. <br />Section-3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance. <br />The emergency exists in this that there is nowf'no way for the officers to <br />prevent nuisances from being committed in said park and for the peace, health <br />and safety it is necessary that this ordinance go into effoct immodiately. <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall go into effect upon its passago. <br />Read the first time August 2, 1927. <br />' Moved by Mr. .....4.i.Q0.�14 �tl........ seconded by Mr. I?Ptl P ........ that. <br />tho statutory rule be suspended and that Ordinance No:.211 be-read immediately. <br />the second and third times and put upon. its passage. The affirmativo vote on <br />said motion was as follows : - Biddulph, Bidwell, Christman, Romp,-&ajjj�r, <br />Stine. <br />Thereupon the ordinance was read tho second and third timos and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thoreon was as follows: Biddulph, Bidwell, <br />Christman, Romp, 4*trind4rar Stine. <br />Ordinance passed August ' 2, 1927. <br />1 <br />'Approved and signed by the Mayor, August 2, 1927. <br />M.
