X <br />Ordinance DIo. 207 ... <br />By <br />Mr. <br />An Ordinance <br />To authorize 'the Board of County Commissioners to proceed with the con- <br />'/ <br />struction, maintenance,. repair and operation of a storm sewer, .a sanitary <br />sewer:and water mains, either or all,, in,Sewer District No. 7 on Dover <br />Road trom Lorain Road southerly to Butternut Ridge. <br />Be it ordained by the 'Council of th.e.Village'of.North'Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio- <br />Section 1. That the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County; <br />State-of Ohio', be and the said Board is hereby authorized to proceed with <br />the construction, maintenance, repair and operation of a storm sewer, a <br />' <br />sanitary sewer and water mains, either or all, in County Sewer District <br />No. 7, on Dover Road from train Road,; Southerly, to Butternut Ridge <br />providing. - howevers that all the cost thereof shall be'born by the bene- <br />fited , property according to the General Code relating to county sewer <br />districts and the• Village of North Olmsted be saved harmless from any cost <br />therein.. <br />a� <br />Section 2.
