<br />An Ordinance
<br />'To authorize the Board'of County Commissioners to proceed with the con-
<br />struction, maintenance, repair and operation of a storm sewer, a'sanitary
<br />sewer and water mains, either or all, in Sewer District No. 7 on Vvalter
<br />Road from Florence Avenue south to I,orain Road`
<br />Be it .ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmstedj County
<br />' of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:-
<br />Section 1. That the.Board•of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County;
<br />State of Ohio, be and the said Board is hereby authorized to proceed with
<br />the construction, maintenance, repair. and operation of a storm sewer, a
<br />sanitary sewer and water mains, either or all, in County Sewer District
<br />No. 7 on Walter Road from Florence Avenue south to Lorain Road,
<br />providing, however, that all the cost thereof shall be` born, by "the bene-
<br />fited,$roperty according to'the General Code relating to county sewer"
<br />districts and the Village of North Olmsted be saved harmless from any cost
<br />therein.
<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and' be ins force from and
<br />after, the earliest period allowed by lavr.
