1 <br />tl <br />t <br />0 <br />Ordinance No. 200 <br />h <br />By Mr. Stine <br />An Ordinance <br />Consentingto the improvement of Barton Road No. 3 from Lorain Road to Cook <br />Road in the Village of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. j <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, three- fourths of all the members elected thereto <br />concurring: - <br />Section 1. That consent is hereby given to the Board of County Commis- <br />sioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to improve Barton Road No. 3 from Lorain <br />i Road to 'Cook Road in the Village of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County; Ohio, by <br />grading, draining, paving, and otherwise improving sane. <br />- Section 2. That the Village of North Olmsted, Cuyaho, County., Ohio, <br />agrees to pay 16.7542% of the total cost and expense of said improvement out <br />of the special road improvement fund, and to pay the same into the County <br />TReasury of Cuyahoga County., Ohio, and the Mayor and Clerk of said Village, <br />on behalf of said Village of North Olmsted, are hereby authorized to enter <br />into an agreement with said Board of County Commissioners.to carry out the <br />provisions of this ordinance. <br />Section 3. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordi- <br />nanee;necessary for the'immediate preservation of the public health and <br />safety, such necessity exists by reason of the unimproved condition of said <br />road between the points hereinbefore designated in consequence whereof great <br />public inconvenience is being suffered and public travel endangered and delay - <br />ed, and for the reasonthat it is necessary to proceed at once in order comL. <br />plete the improvement of said road during the coming year. <br />Section 4. That the Clerk of this Council is hereby directed to cause <br />a certified copy of. this ordinance to be filed with the Board of County Com- <br />missioners-of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, together with affidavit of said Clerk, <br />in duplicate, as to publishing or posting of the foregoing ordinance, as re- <br />quired by law. <br />Read the first time April 12, 1927. <br />Moved by Mro Bidwell, seconded by Mr, Romp, that the statutory rule be sus- <br />pended and that Ordinance Not 200 be read immediately the second and third <br />times and put upon its passage. The affirmative vote on said motion was as <br />follows: Biddulph, Bidwell., Christman Romp., S ter, Stine. <br />i <br />Thereupon the Ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon its <br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Biddulph, Bidwell, <br />Christman, Romp , -6eW*44;�r.
