<br />To levy special assessments for the improvement of Hall Road from the Norther•
<br />ly line of Lorain Road to the Southerly line of.Gessner Road in the.Village
<br />of North Olmsted*
<br />B6 it ordained by the Council of the Village.. of. North Olmsted,. County. of
<br />Cuyahoga and State. of..Ohio:-
<br />Section 16 That the.assessment.of.the cost.and.expence of improving
<br />Hall Road,from the Northerly.line of Lorain Road.to the Southerly line of
<br />Gessner Road in the Village of Korth.Olmsted, by establi ;hiag a`.grade .trading,
<br />and constructing along. and, upon the .East side of. all Road, a four .foot. sawed
<br />snadstone.or doncrete sidewalk, in.accordanoe..with..the plans and.specifica-
<br />tions therefdr, amounting in the aggregate to Three Thousand.Six Hundred
<br />Sixty -Two and 90/100 Dollars.($3682.90) as reported.to this council on the
<br />day of, March, 1927, by the Village Engineers . notice of. the filing of. whicl3
<br />assessment has been given.as {t required by laws.be and the same is hereby
<br />adopted and confirmed,.and that there be and is.hereby levied upon the lots
<br />and lands bounding and abutting upon said improvement, the several amounts
<br />reported as aforesaid, which assessments,_,together.with the.description of
<br />said lots and lands, are now on file in.the office of the Cleric of this
<br />Council, and which assessments are at the rate of $1:25 per foot front, and
<br />are not in excess of the special benefits.to said property.
<br />Section 2. `That the.total assessment.against each lot or.parcel.of.landl
<br />shall be payable in cash within.thirty days from and.after the passage of this
<br />ordinance, ors at the option of the owners,. in ten (10) annual installments
<br />with interest at the rate of five and.one- half,(6 -1/2%) per cent per annum.
<br />All cash payments shall be made.to the.treasurer of,eaid Village.. All assess.
<br />ments and.insteAlments,thereof remaining.unpaid at the expiration of said
<br />thirty days shall be certified-by the Clerk of this Council to the County
<br />Auditor, as provided by law, to be by him placed on.the.tax duplicate and.eollei
<br />as other taxes are.colleeted.
<br />Section 3e This ordinance. shall take .effect and be in force from and
<br />after.the earliest period.allowed by law*
