To issue bonds in anticipation of the collection of the Special Assessment.for the improvement of Hall.Road from the northerly line of Lorain Road to the southerly line of Gessner Road in the Village of North Olmsted, TWEEAS, the council of the Village of.North Olmsted,. Ohio, has heretofor by resolution duly passed on the llth.day of May,.1926, declared the necessity of improving Hall Road from the northerly line of Lorain-Road to- the southe rlyl line of Gessner Road in the Village of North Olmsted by_ establishing a grade, grading and constructing along and upon the East side of Hall Road, between the points mentioned, a four foot sawed sandstone or.conorste sidewalk, in ma- cordance with the plans'and.speeifiaatiosn therefor, and of levying ,a special assessment upon the property abutting on,said road to pay for said improvement, all in strict conformity to law, ands L 17MREAS, this council.has regested the Village Clerk to.issue his certifi" cats as to the estimated life of said improvement proposed`to be constructed from the proceeds from the bonds hereinafter referred to and the _Village Clerk has certified to this council such estimated life as t.erit years and has further certified the maximum maturity of such bonds as vfllV.eyears, and, 'GEREAS .THIS COUNCIL estimates that a tax ror said bonds will first ape• pear upon the duplicate for..the tax year.1927, and the final tax settlements with 'the county .treasurer next following-the inclusion of a tax for _this issue in the annual budget of the county.suditor, '€as provided by law will be obtain. od not earlier than the. first days of. December 1927 and will require X2.01 W 46.I i for interest until such taxes are collected and available, NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Council.of the Village of North i Olmsted,.Stato.of Ohio, twathirds of the members thereto concurring: - Section 1. That for the purpose of raising money in anticipation of the levy and colleotion.of,Speoial Assessment for the improving of Hall Road from the northerly line of Lorain Road'.to the southerly line of Gessner Road in the Village of North. Olmsted by establishing_a grade, grading and constructing along and upon the East side of Hall Road a four foot sawed sandstone or concrete sidewalk, the same bonds of said Village shall be issued in the amount',of Three Thousand Eight Hundred SiztyFour_ and 36/100 ($3864.36) of which Three Thousand Six Hundred Sixty.-Two and 90/100 Dollars,($3662.90) is the estimated cost of said improvement'acoording.to report of engineer and Two Hundred One and 46100 Dollars ($202.46) is the interest for one year thereon. Section 2• Said bonds.shall be designated.as the "Hall Road Sidewalk Improvement Bonds;'; 'shall be of the denomination of $AaO*OO each except the I first bond which shall be Uo= .Hundred SixtyFoUr36 /100..Dollars. ($26w;wj shall be dated April 1, 1927 f shall draw interest at the rate of per annum payable semi-annually on the first days of April and October in.each year, until presentation and surrender of interest coupons to be attached to said bonds bearing the facsimile signature of the Clerk and shall be due and payable as follows:. 1.
