<br />An Ordinance.
<br />To amend Ordinance No. 150 passed October 19, 1926 ontitled'"An.Ordinance to
<br />fix the salary and compensation of all the officers of the Village of North
<br />Olmsted and the amount of the bond in certain cases, from January let, 1921
<br />to December 31, 1927 ".
<br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County
<br />of Cuyahoga and State of. Ohio:-
<br />Section le That Ordinance No. 150 passed October 19, 1925 be and the
<br />same hereby is amended so that items 6 and 15 will read as follows : -
<br />Bond
<br />"6 Deputy Marsha.11s SO. each per. year together with 50. to
<br />6o/ per hour additional for traffic
<br />duty and 60/ to 75/ per hour eddi-
<br />tional for motor -c'e.e du $100 each
<br />01200 to 01400 . each per year for not more than 2 boami m�
<br />men to -be appointed by the Mayor to
<br />give entire time.to the word: . . . $1000 eac
<br />"15 Building Inspector $100 to $200 per wont )i, who shall also be
<br />sewer, plumbing and road inspector. $1000 "�
<br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
<br />after the earliest period allowed by law.
<br />Read the first time December 70 1926.

<br />statutory rule bq suspended and Ordinance No....000410be read inmlediately the
<br />second and third times and put upon'its passage. The affirmative vote on sa
<br />motion was as follows : - Biddulph, Bidwell, Christman, Romps Schindler, Stine
<br />Thereupon the ordinance was read the second and third times and put upon 'its
<br />passage and the affirmative vote thereon was as follows: Biddulph, Bidwell,
<br />Christman, Romp, Schindler, Stine.
