F <br />16 <br />�.I <br />Ordinance No.1l .4.0 <br />Mr.. .......... ............ <br />An Ordinance <br />Consenting to the repairin5 of Lorain Road, from Clague Road to the County <br />line in the Village of aor h Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Cuunty <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, three - fourths of all the members elected li <br />thereto concurring: <br />Section 1. That consent is hereby given to the Board of County Com- <br />missioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, to repair Lorain Road, from Clague <br />Road to the County line, in the Village of North Olmsted, Cuyahoga County, <br />Ohio' the cost of such repairing to be borne by the County of Cuyahoga. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Read the first time October 14, 1926. <br />Moved by i;z• ..... .......... ... .seconded by Mr... .�.b.�.. b.......that the <br />statutory rule be suspended and that Ordinances Vo.. ..x"'.11.... a read imr•.e- <br />diately the second and third times and put upon its passage.
