Ordinance No..i.VQ.1 0.6 <br />An Ordinance <br />To prohibit hunting in the Village Park. <br />"? Be it Ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, County <br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio: - <br />Section 1. That whoever hunts upon the Village Park or enters upon said <br />park with any sort of hunting arms or whoever enters upon said park to scare <br />birds or game of any kind fer the purpose of hunting or killing same either <br />upon said park or upon lands adjacent thereto or whoever enters upon said <br />park with -traps or causes traps to be set upon said park for the purpose of <br />capturing game thereon shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br />thereof shall be find Twenty -Five Dollars ($25.00) for the first offense and <br />not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) nor more than One hundred Dollars ($100. <br />for each subsequent offenss. Each animal killed, each trap set or each time <br />of�'ntering upon said park shall constitute a separate offense. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and <br />after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Read the first time October 5, 1926. <br />Movod by ls.... . ......seoonded by Mr........ .. .. ...that <br />the statutory. rule be suspended and ,that Ordinance No••18.j....be read imno -" <br />diately the - second and third times and put upon its passage.
