<br />To levy special assessments for the improvement of Macbeth, Avenue from Clagu�,
<br />Road to the easterly limits of the Village ,by, grading, drainIing and slagging

<br />Be it ordained by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted , County
<br />of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio:
<br />Section 1. That the assessment of the cost and expense of improving
<br />I A acbeth Avenue from Clague Road to the easterly limits, of the Village
<br />by grading, draining anA slagging sarr.o
<br />in accordance with the plans and specifications therefor, amounting in the,
<br />aggregate to Three Thouserd Seven,Hundred Seventy and 93/100 Dollars (03,.770.93)
<br />,ya f as reported to this council on the t - day of_ -7 , 19 /(y,
<br />�'k by the Village Engineer, notice of the filing of which assessment has been
<br />given as required by law, be and the same is hereby,adopted' and ' confirmed,
<br />and that there be and is hereby levied upon the lots and lands bounding and
<br />abutting upon said improvement, the several amounts reported,as aforesaid,
<br />which assessments, together with the description of said lots and lands,
<br />are now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, and which assess
<br />ments are at the rate of $ 3.5177 per foot, front, and are not in excess of
<br />a the special benefits to said property.
<br />Section 29 That the total assessment against each lot or parcel of land
<br />shall be payable in cash within thirty (30) days from and after the passage
<br />of this ordinance, or,`at the option of the owner, in 'five annual install -
<br />ments with interest at the rate of 5 -1/2 per cent por annum. All cash pay -
<br />ments shall be made to the treasurer of said,.Villago. All,assessments and
<br />installments, thereof remaining unpaid at the uxpiration of said thirty days
<br />f shall be certified by the Clerk of this Council to the,County Auditor, as
<br />provided'by law, ,to be by him placed on the tax duplicate and collectod`as
<br />other taxes are collected.
<br />i .Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
<br />after the earliest period allowed by law•
