ORDINANCE NO. 806 <br />BY Mr, Crider <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />CONSENTING TO THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF CERTAIN STREETS <br />AND ROADS BY THE BOARD.OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO <br />GIVING THE CONSENT OF THE VILLAGE OF, NORTH OLNSTED TO THE MAINTENANCE AND <br />REPAIR of certain roads within the Village. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively ap- <br />Proved a Maintenance and Repair program for the year 1950, and <br />WHEREAS, a number of the roads to be maintained and repaired are <br />Village Streets and also'County Roads known by the following names and lying <br />between the limits designated, viz: <br />Name Of Road `. Line Olmsted Township <br />O Wm EAS, the maintenance and repair is to include the following , <br />Aerations: <br />1. Repairing roadway berms <br />2. Cleaning and repairing culverts and drainage systems, <br />3. Cleaning, repairing and treatment of road surface. <br />4. Planting, mowing, pruning and removing weeds, trees and shrubs. <br />5. Repairing and installing guard rail. <br />6. Installing and repairing road signs and warning signs. <br />7. Painting traffic lanes, center lines and marking RR crossings. <br />North Olmsted., THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the Council of the Village of <br />State of Ohio; <br />con Section 1. That it is declared to be of.public interest that the <br />sent of the Village by and such consent is hereby.given to the maintenance <br />repair on the above mentioneChighways between the termini aforesaid,by <br />the ward of.County Commissioners. <br />or Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an.emergency <br />dinance necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health and <br />aatioY; such necessity exists by reason of the fact that freezing and thawing <br />deac n has created hazardous conditions on these roads, in consequence whereof <br />eat public inconvenience would.be suffered and public travel endangered-and <br />byl�Wd3 and said ordinance shall take effect at the ,earliest time as provided <br />to Section 3.
