Ordinance No. <br />By T�Zr . �T <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />DETEIJMINING TO PROCEED WITH THE IMPROVE14ENT OF DOVER CENTER <br />ROAD, FROM LORAIII ROAD TO THE NORTH LINE OF THE PROPERTY OF <br />THE SUBURBAN LAND CORPORATION, BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN A <br />WATER MAID. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of North - <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That it is hereby determined to proceed with <br />the improvement of Dover Center Road, from Lorain Road to the, <br />north line of the property of the Suburban Land Corporation, <br />by constructing therein a water main, in accordance with <br />Resolution No. 1551 passed on the 15th day of March, 1949, and <br />in accordance with the plans, specifications, estimates and <br />Profiles heretofore approved and now on file in the office <br />of the Clerk. <br />Section 2. That all claims for damages resulting there - <br />from shall be judicially inquired into before commencing of <br />the proposed improvement, and the solicitor be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to institute proceedings in a court of <br />competent jurisdiction to inquire into such claims. <br />Section 3. That the whole cost of said improvement, less <br />150th thereof and cost of intersections, shall be assessed in <br />Proportion to the benefits which may result from the improve- <br />ment upon the following described lots and lands bounding, <br />abutting, adjacent and contiguous to the proposed improvement, <br />which lots and lands are more accurately described as follows: <br />Situated in the Village of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and Dorm as being part of Original Dover <br />Township Lots Nos. 5 and 6 and -part of Original Olmsted <br />Township Lot 21 and 22, Tract 6, and further described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning in the westerly line of Dover Center (60 feet wide) <br />at its intersection with the southerly line of a parcel of <br />land conveyed to Fred Tuttle by deed recorded in Volume <br />5199, Page 185, of Cuyahoga County Records of Deeds; thence <br />westerly along the southerly line of land so conveyed to <br />Fred Tuttle, tothe southwesterly corner thereof; thence <br />nw therly parallel with the center line of Dover Center <br />Road, 329.00 feet to the northwesterly corner of a parcel <br />of land conveyed to John W. and Captola Heller by deed <br />recorded in Volume 5816, Page 201 of said deed records; <br />thence easterly along the northerly line of said land so <br />conveyed to John W. and Captola Heller 27.67 feet to the <br />southwesterly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Anna <br />McCaffery by deed recorded in Volume 5644, Page 207-of said <br />Deed Records; thence northerly along the westerly line of <br />land so conveyed to Anna McCaffery, 210.25 feet to the <br />center line of Mill Road, 40 feet wide; thence easterly <br />along said center line of Mill Road, 121.80 feet to the <br />center line of Dover Center Road; thence northerly along <br />said center line of Dover Center Road, 238.66 feet to a <br />point; thence westerly parallel with the southerly line <br />of Original' Dover Township Lot No. 5, and along the northerly <br />line of a parcel of'land conveyed to the Village of North <br />Olmsted by deed recorded in Volume 6271, Page 376 of said <br />Deed Records, 225.00 feeA to the northwesterly corner <br />thereof; thence northerly parallel with said center line <br />of Dw er Center Road 200.00 feet to a,point in the southerly <br />line of said Dover Township Lot 5; thence westerly along <br />said southerly line of Lot 5, 713.99 feet to the south- <br />westerly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Valentine <br />Limpert by deed recorded in Volume 1105, Page 385, of said <br />Deed. Records; thence northerly along the westerly line of <br />said Limpert land and the westerly'line of Gertrude R. <br />Collier, Thomas and Mable Orgill, Carol Froelich and Rose <br />
