Newman and Norman <br />and Margaret Terrell, to the southwesterly corner of a <br />parcel of land conveyed to Minnie Pierson by deed recorded <br />in Volume 5278, Page 154 of said Deed Records; thence <br />easterly along the southerly line of land so conveyed to <br />Minnie Pierson 947.26 feet to a point in the center line <br />of Dover Center Road, said point being distant southerly <br />about 401.48 feet from the northeasterly corner of said <br />Dover Township lot 5; thence southerly along said center <br />line of Dover Center Road about 27.50 feet to the north- <br />westerly corner of a parcel of land conveyed to Suburban <br />Land Corporation by deed recorded in Volume 6660, Page 540 <br />of Cuyahoga County Records of Deeds; thence easterly <br />along the northerly line of said land so conveyed to <br />Suburban Land Corporation 1319.40 feet to the northeasterly <br />corner thereof; thence southerly along the easterly line <br />of said Suburban Land Corporation and the southerly pro- <br />longation thereof to a point in the southerly line of <br />Original Dover Township Lot No. 6; thence westerly along <br />said southerly line of Lot No. 6, about 1174.50 feet to <br />a point distant easterly 130.06 feet from the center line <br />of Dover Center Road; thence southerly parallel with said <br />center line of Dover Center Road to the southeasterly cor- <br />ner of a parcel of land conveyed to Amer L. & Mary A. <br />Kemer by deed recorded in Volume 6281, Page 284 of Cuyahoga <br />County Records of Deeds; thence continuing southerly and <br />parallel with said center line of Dover Center Road, 100.00 <br />feet to a point; thence westerly parallel with the southerly <br />line of land so conveyed to Elmer L & Mary Kemer about <br />160.06 feet to a point in the westerly line of Dover Center <br />Road; thence southerly along the westerly line of Dover <br />Center Road to the place of beginning. <br />Which said lots and lands are hereby determined to be speci- <br />fically benefited by said improvement; and the cost of said <br />improvement shall include the expense of the preliminary and <br />other surveys, and of printing and publishing the notices, <br />resolutions and ordinances required, and the serving of said <br />notices, and cost of construction, together with interest on <br />notes and bonds issued in anticipation of the collection of <br />deferred assessments, and all other necessary expenditures. <br />Section 4. That the assessments so to be levied shall <br />be paid in ten annual installments, with interest on de- <br />ferred payments, at the same rate as .shall be borne by the <br />bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection thereof; <br />Provided that the owner of any property assessed, may, at <br />his option, pay such assessment in cash within thirty days <br />after the passage of the assessing ordinance. <br />Section 5. That notes or bonds of the Village of North <br />Olmsted shall be issued in anticipation of the collection of <br />assessments by installments and in on amount equal thereto. <br />Section 6. That the remainder of the entire cost of said <br />improvement not specially assessed shall be paid out of the <br />General Fund or by the issuance of notes or bonds for that <br />puIZ-pose in the manner provided by law, - <br />Section 7. That the Clerk be and he is hereby authorized <br />and directed to' advertise for bids for the construction of <br />said improvement according to law. <br />Section 8.
