Ordinance No. 802 <br />By Mr. <br />t <br />AN ORDINANCE , <br />TO AMEND THE ZONE MAP AND .ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO <br />A RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT THE LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br />LORAIN ROAD AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF_IORAIN ROAD AND . <br />COLD MIA ROAD. <br />WHEREAS application has been made to rezone from <br />a Residence District to a Retail Business District the land <br />on the south side of Lorain Road at the southeast corner of <br />Lorain Road and Columbia Road, and <br />r <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission has considered and <br />approved said rezoning from a Residence District to a Retail <br />Business District of the property herein described; now, <br />therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, heretofore adopted, be and <br />the same are hereby amended so -as to establish a Retail Business <br />District of the property ad the southeast corner of Lorain <br />Road and Columbia Ibad, .more particularly described as follows: <br />Bounded on the east by the` easterly, line of said <br />property; bounded on the north by Lorain Road; <br />bounded on the west by Columbia Road and bounded on <br />the south by the long southerly line of said property <br />and its easterly prolongation.to an intersection with <br />said easterly line. <br />and the Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to change the Zone Map accordingly. <br />Section 2.''
