II <br />1 <br />Ordinance No. <br />By Mr . <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND THE Z CITE MAP AND ZON314 G ORDINANCE OF TIM VILLAGE <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGIRG FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO <br />A RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT THE LAND CH THE NORTH SIDE OF <br />L ©RAIN ROAD AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LORAIN ROAD AND WALTER <br />ROAD. <br />WHEREAS application has been made to rezone from <br />a Residence D3s tract to a Retail Business District the land <br />on the north side of Lorain Road at the northwest corner of <br />Lorain Road and Walter Road, and <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission has considered <br />and approved said rezoning from a Residence District to a <br />Retail Business District of the property herein described; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance <br />of the Village of North Olmsted, heretofore adopted, be and <br />the same are hereby amended so as to establish a Retail <br />Business District of the property at the northwest corner of <br />Lorain Road and 11alter Road, more particularly described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning. at the northwest corner of Walter <br />Road and Lorain Road; thence westerly along <br />Lorain Road 400 feet; thence northerly 286.27 feet <br />.along': the westerly line of the property; <br />thence easterly about 280.06 feet to Walter <br />Road; thence southerly 266.27 feet along <br />Walter Road to the place of beginning. . <br />and the Engineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed <br />to change the Zone Map accordingly. <br />Section 2.
