Ordinance No. <br />By Tvir . <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />ACCEPTING THE FLAT OF CALVIN F. AND BERTHA C. SOUTHERN <br />OF A PIE T OF SOUTHERN AVENUE AND C W FIRMIN G THE DEDICATION <br />OF SOUTHERN AVENUE AS SHOW THEREON <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Sec. 1. That the plat of Calvin F. and Bertha C. <br />Southern of a part of Southern Avenue as an addition <br />to the Village be and the same is hereby approved and <br />accepted, and that the dedication to public use of. <br />Southern Avenue as shown thereon be and the same is <br />hereby accepted and confirmed. <br />Sec. 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force from and after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />Passed: January 17, 1950. <br />Mayor <br />
