Ordinance No. <br />Z Al <br />By Mr. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND THE ZONE MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT, TO <br />A RETAIL BUSINESS DISTRICT THE LAND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF <br />LORAIN ROAD AT THE. SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LORAIN ROAD AND ' LUCYDALE <br />AVEatE, TO WIT, SUBLOTS 19 AND 20 IN THE B. J. LUCY ALLOTMINT. <br />WHEREAS application has been made to rezone <br />from a Residence District to a Retail Business District the <br />land on the south side of Lorain Road at'the southeast cor- <br />ner of Lorain Road'and Lucydale Avenue, to wit, Sublots 19 <br />and 20 in the B. J. Lucy Allotment, and <br />WHEREAS the Planning Commission has considered <br />and approved said rezoning from a Residence District to a' <br />Retail Business District of the property herein described; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio <br />Section 1. That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance <br />of the Village of North Olmsted adopted on the 18th day-of <br />March, 1941, and amended on the 15th day of March, 1949, be <br />and the same are hereby amended so as to establish a Retail <br />Business District of Sublots 19 and.20 in the B. J. Lucy <br />Allotment located on the South side of Lorain Road at the <br />southeast corner of Lorain-Road and Lucydale Avenue; and the <br />Etigineer be and he is hereby authorized and directed to change <br />the Zone Map accordingly. <br />Section 2.
