Ordinance No. 799 <br />By Mr . <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE , AND ZONE MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO RETAIL <br />BUSINESS THE PROPERTY FRONTING ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LORAIN ROAD <br />BY EXTENDING THE PRESENT BUSINESS FRONTAGE EAST FROM ITS PRESENT <br />TERMINUS TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF THE PROPERTY 0NED BY JOHN AND <br />CONRAD LOSER, 'WHICH IS APPROXIMATELY 353 FEET EAST OF THE PRESENT <br />EAST LINE OF BUSINESS FRONTAGE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF LORAIN ROAD <br />EAST OF DOVER CENTER ROAD. <br />WHEREAS application has been made to amend the <br />Zoning Ordinance and Zone Map of the Village of North Olmsted <br />by rezoning from a Residence District to-Retail Business the <br />Property fronting on the north side of Lorain Road by extend - <br />ing the present business frontage east from its present terminus - <br />to the easterly line of the property owned by John and Conrad <br />Loser, which is approximately 353 feet east of the present east <br />line of business frontage. on the north side 'of Lorain Road, <br />east of Dover Center Road, - and more particularly hereinafter <br />described; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of .Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance and Zone Map <br />Of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio, heretofore adopted, be <br />and the same is hereby amended by changing said Zone Map and <br />Zoning Ordinance so as to establish a .Retail Business District <br />Of the property fronting on the north side of. Lorain Road, east <br />Of Dover Center Road, by extending said business frontage <br />easterly from its present terminus to the east line of the <br />Property owned by John and Conrad Loser a distance of approximately <br />three hundred and fifty -three (353) feet, which property is more <br />Particularly described as follows:: <br />From a point at the northeasterly corner of the <br />Biddulph property to the northerly line of the <br />Loser property, said line to run parallel with <br />the line of Dover Road; thence east to the north- <br />easterly corner of the Loser property, thence <br />southerly to the southeasterly corner of the Loser <br />property, thence westerly to the southeasterly corner <br />of the Biddulph property, and thence northerly along <br />the east line of the Biddulph property to the place <br />of .beginning. <br />and that the Engineer: be and he­ IS , hereby authorized and <br />directed to amend said Zone Map accordingly. <br />Section 2.
