Ordinance No. 774 <br />By Mr. <br />AN ` ORDINANCE <br />PROHIBITING TRUCKS FROM PARKING ON CLAGUE ROAD, ITS ENTIRE <br />LENGTH WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED., FOR A PERIOD <br />LONGER THAN ONE HOUR. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section 1. That from and after the effective <br />date-of this ordinance, no person, firm or corporation. <br />shall park any motor truck or trailer on Clague Road, its <br />entire length within the Village of North Olmsted, for a <br />longer period than one hour. <br />Section 20' Any person violating any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of <br />a misdemeanor and upon' conviction thereof shall be 'fined <br />not to exceed 050.000 <br />Section 3 This ordinance is hereby declared <br />to be an 'emergency measure, the emergency being that it is <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public health, <br />peace, safety and welfare; and shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed; September 6, 1949. <br />_ -er ayox' <br />G <br />
