(See Section 33) <br />There shall be no open air parking of trucks <br />or motor vehicles used for business purposes <br />in any Residence, District. <br />A private greenhouse permitted in Section 6 is <br />one containing not more than one hundred and <br />fifty (150) square feet of floor space, in which <br />no produce, plants or flowers are raised for sale <br />or sold for gain. <br />A private stable, located not less than eighty <br />(80) feet from the front lot line. (See Section 33). <br />A sign or signboard not exceeding eight (8) <br />square feet in area, appertaining to the lease <br />or sale of the premises. <br />A name plate not exceeding two (2) square feet <br />in area. <br />A sign or bulletin board, not exceeding twelve_ <br />(12) square feet in area, so placed as not to <br />interfere with front yard requirements nor <br />obstruct the view across the corner of inter- <br />secting streets; and erected upon the premises <br />of a church or similar institution for the <br />purpose of displaying the name and activities <br />thereof, or the services•therein' provided. <br />A fence, hedge or enclosure wall, provided: <br />.(a) A solid fence or enclosure wall shall <br />not exceed a height of five (5) feet; <br />(b) An ornamental fence exceeding six (6 )' <br />feet in height shall have a ratio of. <br />solid portion to open portion not in <br />excess of one to four. <br />(c) Any fence, hedge or enclosure wall on a <br />corner lot, and situated within fifteen <br />(15) feet of the intersection of the two <br />street lines, shall not exceed a height <br />of 'three (3) feet." <br />"Section 9. RETAIL OR LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICTS. <br />Within any Retail or Local Business District no building <br />or premises shall be erected, used, arranged or designed <br />to be used, in whole or in part,.for other than one or more <br />Of the following specified uses: <br />1. All uses permitted and as regulated in any <br />Residence District. <br />2.
