Ordinance No.� <br />By Mr. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />PROHIBITING THE PLACING OF OBSTRUCTIONS, REFUSE OR MATERIAL <br />OF ANY,KIND IN ANY WATERCOURSE, DRAIN OR DITCH, SO AS TO <br />OBSTRUCT. THE, NATURAL FLOGS OF WATER THEREIN <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village <br />of North Olmsted, State of :Ohio: <br />Section 1. That it 'shall be unlawful for any <br />person, firm'or corporation to throw, place or put any <br />obstructions, material of any kind or refuse, into any drains. <br />ditch or watercourse in the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />Section 2. From and of ter. the eff ectiv e <br />date of this ordinance no,person, firm or corporation shall <br />throw any refuse or material of any kind into any culvert., <br />drain, ditch or watercourse in the Village of North Olmsted <br />which obstructs the natural flow of water therein. <br />Section 3. Any person., firm or corporation <br />violating the provisions of Section 1 or Section 2 of this <br />Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br />thereof shall be fined not to exceed $50.00. <br />Section 40 This ordinance is hereby declared <br />to bean emergency measure, the emergency being that it is <br />necessgry for the immediate preservation of public health, <br />safety, peace and welfare that this ordinance be passed at <br />once and shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage, <br />Passed: February , 1949. <br />r MbLyor <br />�I <br />
