P" <br />Ordinance No. J <br />By IAr . GQ� <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />PROHIBITING THE REMOVAL OF WASTE OR RUBBISH BY ANY PERSON, <br />EXCEPT THE.OWNER OR DULY AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEE OF THE VILLAGE. <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That from and after the effective <br />date of this ordinance no waste or rubbish which has been set <br />out on a public 'street or alley for collection by the Village <br />shall be removed by any person except the owner or a duly <br />authorized employee of the Village o� North Olmsted or a <br />contractor employed by the Village of North Olmsted to collect <br />waste or rubbish. <br />Section 2. When waste has been'set out on <br />Private premises, no person shall remove any waste therefrom <br />except with the consent of the owner or lessee of the premises, <br />or a duly authorized employee or contractor of the Village of <br />North Olmsted. <br />Section 3. Any person violating any of the <br />Provisions,of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not to exceed 6'50.00. <br />Section 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is neces- <br />3arY for the usual daily operation of a municipal department <br />.and for the preservation of public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare, that this ordinance be passed at once and shall take <br />effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed: February 1, 1949. <br />er <br />Mayor <br />Icy <br />� C <br />�9, <br />
