Ordinance No. <br />By Mr. <br />a 727 <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />TO AMEND THE ZONE MAP AND ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED BY CHANGING FROM A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br />TO A LOCAL.BUSINESS DISTRICT LAND ON THE NORTH- SIDE.OF <br />LORAIN ROAD WESTERLY , FROM: DOVER CEINTER: ROAD A DISTANCE OF <br />APIROXIMATEIY 239 FEET, MORE FULLY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. <br />WHEREAS application has been made to amend the <br />Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Olmsted <br />by changing from a Residential District to a Local Business <br />District the land hereinafter described, and j <br />WHEREAS this Council believes it would be to the <br />best interests of the Village to rezone said property; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village, of <br />North Olmsted,.State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Zone Map and the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the Village of North. Olmsted be and the same <br />are hereby amended so as to establish a Local Business <br />District of the following described property: <br />By extending from "Residence" to "Local Business' <br />the land on the North side of.- Lorain Road westerly from <br />Dover Center Road to the westerly line of land owned by <br />Clarice Balas and by extending the depth from "Residence" <br />to "Local Business" to a depth of 400 feet on the easterly <br />line and 400 feet on the westerly line .of the property <br />owned by Clarice Balas. <br />Section 2. And the Engineer be and he 'is hereby <br />authorized and directed to amend said Zone Map accordingly. <br />Section 3..
