Lewin <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />AIVIENDING.ORDINANCE NO. 715 PASSED MAY 6th, 1947, ENTITLED <br />"AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES OF THE MARSHAL AND.DEPUTY <br />MARSHALS. <br />BE, IT ORDAINED by .the Council of the Village <br />of North 'Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section 1. That Section 2 of,Ordinance No. 715 <br />Passed on the 6th' day of May, 1947, entitled "An Ordinance <br />Fixing the Salaries of the Marshal and Deputy Marshals," be <br />i and the same: is hereby amended to read as follows; <br />"Section 2. On and after the-7th day of October, <br />1948, the compensation to be paid to full time Deputy <br />Marshal shall'be:$1.30 per hour; payable semi- monthly; <br />and'they shall give bond in the sum of $1000.00." <br />Section 2. That Section 3 of Ordinance Not 715 <br />passed on the;6th day of May, '1947, entitled "An Ordinance <br />Fixing, the Salaries° of ,the`` Marshal and Deputy Marshals," be <br />and the ' same is hereby amended amended to read as follolls: <br />ttSection 30 On and after the 7th day of October,. <br />1948 the compensation to be paid to part time Deputy <br />Marshals shall be $1620 per hour, payable semi- monthly; , <br />and they shall give bond in' the sum of 01000`000." <br />Section, 3. That original Sections 2 and 3 of <br />Ordinance No. 715 passed on May 6, 1947, be and the same are <br />hereby�repealed`. .. <br />Section 4., This ordinance is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure, the emergency being that it is <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of public health, <br />Peace., safety and welfare that this ordinance be passed at <br />once and take effect and be in force from and after its <br />Passage. <br />Passed: October` 6, 19,48. <br />CIL er Mayor <br />qr <br />
