ORDINANCE NO. <br />Regulating and fixing the price at which The East Ohio Gas <br />Company, its successors and assigns, shall be required to furnish <br />natural gas to the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio and its <br />inhabitants. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY 'flit COUNCIL OF `IHE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED, STATE <br />OF OHIO:` <br />` Section 1. The maximum price which The East Ohio Gas Company, its <br />successors and assigns (hereinafter called the t'Company ") shall be permitted <br />to charge and the minimum price at which it shall be required to furnish <br />natIral gas to the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio (hereinafter called the <br />pillage ") and its inhabitants, during the period commencing with the <br />December, 1948 reading of meters in the Village of North Olmsted and ending <br />with the November, 1952 reading of meters in the Village of North Olmsted, <br />bless sooner terminated as hereinafter provided, shall be and the same hereby <br />is fixed for each individual consumer as follows: <br />For the first 1,000 cubic feet or less, or none, each month, 880; <br />For all over 1,000 cubic feet each month, 55¢ for each 1,000 cubic <br />feet; <br />AaYable at the main office of the Company in the City of Cleveland, Ohio, or <br />at such branch collection agency or agencies in the Village of North Olmsted, <br />thill the City of Cleveland,.Ohio, as may from time to time be established by <br />e maturnyy on such date or dates as may be established by the Company for <br />of aturity of bills in the Village. The above rates are subject, in case <br />es eeCh bill which is not paid within ten days from the date of maturity <br />10abl uhed therefor., to an additional charge of three cents (3¢) for.each <br />ereSection 2.
