2. <br />sell or furnish any intoxicating liquor, wine, beer or <br />any beverage containing more than one -half of one per cent <br />of alcohol by weight, on Sunday. <br />Section 3. Any person violating any of the <br />provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a mis- <br />demeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not <br />to exceed $50.00. <br />Section 4.
