Ordinance No. 728 By Mr. AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE ZONE MAP AND_ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE..OF.NORTH OLMSTED_BY CHANGING.FROM.A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO A LOCAL BUSINESS DISTRICT -THE LAND HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED* WHEREAS application has been made to amend the Zone Map.and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Olmsted by changing from a residential district to a local business district the land,hereinafter described, and WHEREAS this Council believes it would be to the best' ,interests of the Village to rezone said •• property; now, therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of North Olmsted, Ohio: Section 1. That the Zone Map and Zoning Ordinance of the Village of North Olmsted be, and the same are hereby amended so as to establish a Local Business District of the following described property, to wit: Situated in the Village of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of ' Ohio, , and known as being a part of Original Olmsted township Lot No. 21, Tract 6, and bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of Lorain Road and the nm therly line of North Olmsted Court, the dedication of which is recorded in Volume 56, Page 34 of Cuyahoga County Records of Maps; thence North 520 171 East along said center- line of Lorain Road, 245.84 feet to the most Westerly corner of a parcel of land conveyed by Anna Bihary and Louis Bihary, wife. and husband, to Charles B. Nichols and Henry G. Reitz, by deed dated June 10j, 1925 and recorded in Volume 3371, of Deeds, Page 58 of Cuyahoga County-Records; thence South 379 43' East.' along the Southwesterly line of said parcel of-lead conveyed to Charles B. Nichols and Henry G. Reitz, as aforesaid, acid said line extended southeasterly in • direct line, 319.80 feet to the northerly line of • parcel of land conveyed by Franklin A. Rice and Jennie E. Rice, husband and wife, to the Village of North Olmsted by deed dated July 26,1912j, add recorded in Volume 1398, of Deeds, Page 559 of ' Cuyahoga County Record; thence north 750 151 West along the northerly line of land so conveyed to_ the Village of North Olmsted and along the northerly line of North Olmsted Court, dedicated as aforesaid, 406.37 feet to the Place of beginning containing 0.9024 Acres of land, excepting however from the above described premises so much thereof as lies within the boundaries of Lorain Road, as widened. to 80 feet.
