AN ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING A FIRELWiS RELIEF AND PENSION FUND AND <br />A BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO.,ADMINISTER SAID FUND. <br />vWHEREAS this Council has included in its budget <br />for the year 1948 a levy of three - tenths of a mill on <br />each dollar upon all the real and personal property as <br />listed for taxation in the Village for the purpose of <br />providing funds for the Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund, <br />and <br />WHEREAS this <br />Council <br />has chosen <br />two members <br />of <br />the Village Council <br />to act <br />as members <br />of the Board <br />of <br />Trustees, and <br />WHEMAS this Council is required to establish a <br />Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund and a Board•of Trustees <br />to administer said fund, in accordance with Sections 4600 <br />to 4615 -13 of the General Code, as amended by House Bill <br />195 passed by the General Assembly on the 14th day of June, <br />1947, and filed in the office of the Secretary of State on <br />the 26th day of June, 1947; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That there are hereby established in <br />the Village of North Olmsted 'a Firemen's Relief and Pension <br />Fund and a Board of Trustees to administer said fund, all <br />in accordance with Sections 4600 to 4615 -13 of the General <br />Code of the State of Ohio, as amended by House Bill 195. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and <br />be in force from and .after the earliest period allowed by <br />law. <br />Passed: 19470 <br />■ <br />
