Ordinance No. <br />By Mr. <br />AN ORDINANCE <br />ESTABLISHING A POLICE , RELIEF AND PENSION FUND AND A <br />BOARD OF TRUSTEES. TO ADMINISTER , SAID FUND. <br />11B EREAS this Council has included in its budget <br />for the year 1948 a levy of three- tenths of a mill on <br />.each dollar upon all the real and personal property as <br />listed for taxation in the village for the purpose of <br />providing funds for the Police Relief and Pension Fund, <br />and <br />MEREAS this Council has chosen two memb:;rs of <br />the Village Council to act as members of the Board of <br />Trustees, and <br />VMREAS this Council is required to establish a <br />Police Relief and Pension Fund and a Board of Trustees to <br />administer said fund, in accordance with Sections 4616 to _ <br />4631 -3 of the General Code, as amended by House Bill 195 <br />passed by the General Assembly on the 14th day of June,' <br />1947, and filed in the office` of the Secretary of State <br />on the 26th day of June, 1947; now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of <br />North Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That there are hereby established in <br />.the Village of North Olmsted a Police-Relief and Pension <br />Fund and a Board of Trustees to administer said fund, all <br />in accordance with Sections 4616 to 4631 -3 of the General <br />Code of the State of Ohio, as amended by House Bill 195. <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force from and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />Passed: 1947. <br />Clerk Mayor <br />
