■ <br />• <br />All ORDINANCE TO LEVY SPECIAL <br />BY: /� RSSESSIIENT S FOR THE IMPROVEMENT <br />OF SILVERDALE ROAD FROM LORAIN <br />ROAD TO THE NORTH LINE OF SUBLOT <br />NO. 29 BY CONSTRUCTING THEREIN <br />A WATER LINE. <br />BE IT ORDRINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br />S_ecti on 1_, That the assessment of the cost and expense of improving <br />Silverdale Road from Lorain Road`to. the north line of Sublot No. 29 <br />by constructing therein a waterline, amount in the aggregate to <br />46,300:00, as reported to this Council by-the Village.Engineer. <br />notice of the filing of which' assessment has been given, as required <br />by law, be and the same is hereby adopted and confirmed, and that <br />there be and is hereby levied upon all of the lots and land bound- <br />ing and abutting upon Silverdale Road from Lorain Road to the.north <br />line of Sublot No. 29, the several amounts reported as aforesaid, <br />x <br />which assessments, together with the descriptions of said lots <br />and lands, are now on file in the office of the Clerk of this <br />Council, and which assessments are at the rate of $3.6912 per front <br />foot and are not in excess of�the special benefits to said property. <br />Sgction__2_, That the total assessments against each lot or parcel <br />Of land shall be payable in cash within thirty days from and after <br />� p Y <br />the passage of this,ordinance, or at the option of the owners, <br />in ten annual installments with interest at the same rate as shall <br />be borne by the bonds to be issued in anticipation of the collection <br />Of the same. All cash payments shall be made to the Treasurer of <br />said Village.
