INTRODUCED BY ' ORDINANCE N0,' 3 <br />r.r�.�rrrrr� <br />GIVING THE CONSENT OF THE VILLAGE OF North Olmsted <br />Grading Roadway approximtely as <br />TO THE IMPROVEMENT OF Butternut Ridge ROAD BY show on,_ attached tvxiica1 section <br />at an estimated cost of $ . <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has tentatively approved a <br />� d o <br />construction program for the year and <br />WHEREAS, one of these roads proposed to be improved is a Village Street and <br />also a County Road known as Butternut Ridge Road lying between <br />and Lorain Avenue <br />i <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained, by the Council of the Village of <br />North Ol:risted State of Ohio: <br />SECTION 1, That.it is declared to be of public interest that the consent of <br />the village be and such consent is hereby given to the improvement of the above <br />Zentioned Highway between the termini aforesaid. <br />SECTION: 2, It is hereby declared that the improvement aforesaid is of suffi- <br />cient public importance to the Village and that said Villege is financially able <br />to contribute $ Nothing toward the cost thereof. <br />SECTION: 31 This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency ordinance <br />n °0essarY for the immediate preservation of the public health and safety, such <br />necessity exists by reason of the condition of said road between the points herein- <br />before designated, in consequence whereof great public inconvenience is being <br />Buffered and public travel endangered and delayed, and for the reason that it is <br />nBCpssary to proceed at once in order to complete the improvement of said road <br />during the coming year. <br />SECTION: 4, That the Clerk be, and he is hereby directed to furnish to the <br />$0111,d of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, a certified copy of this <br />Ordinance immediately upon the taking effect thereof. <br />CERTIFICATE OF COPY <br />;2 <br />State of Ohio, County of Cuyahoga, Village of SS: <br />z' . irtia- .,•-� as Clerk of the Village of <br />do hereby certify that the foregoing is a true.and correct copy of Ordinance <br />adopted by the Council of said Village on the ay of 4ry 1945 0 <br />that the publication of such Ordinance has been made an certified of record accord <br />Irie to law; and that such Ordinance and the certificate of publication thereof are <br />of record in Ordinance Record No. _3 , page <br />117 WITNESS WHEREOF,, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my official <br />B�aZ, this day of 19 . <br />s Clerk of the Village of <br />State of Ohio <br />
