i <br />Ordinance No. 830 <br />By Mr. Kramer <br />.AN ORDINANCE <br />FIXING THE COMPENSATION FOR INSPECTORS ON STREET IMPROVEITTS <br />TO BE :PAID FOR By SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS. <br />WHEREAS it'is necessary from time to time to employ <br />inspectors on contracts_, for the installation of 'street <br />improvements being paid for by special assessments, and <br />WHEREAS this Council desires to fix the compensation <br />to be paid said inspectors; now, therafore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED, by- the, Council of the Village of North <br />Olmsted, Ohio: <br />Section 1. That from and after the. effective date of <br />this ordinance the .compensation . of said inspectors shall be <br />from $1.25 to �2.00 per hour. <br />Section 2.. The Mayor shall appoint inspectors whenever <br />necessary and their compensation shall be -fixed a.s above set <br />forth. <br />Section 3. The term of such inspectors shall begin <br />on the date of their appoin tment by .the Mayor and continue <br />during the pleasure, of the Mayor and, Council. <br />Section 4.
